Are you a sharp litigator with a passion for uncovering the truth and crafting compelling legal arguments? Oldham Law is seeking a driven associate attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate is looking to grow in the position and will have superior written and oral communication skills as well as a command of both legal research and evidentiary analysis skills. POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC), or “nurse analyst,” is to analyze medical and nursing issues in professional liability cases and long term care litigation and to play a critical and supportive role to Oldham Law attorneys in the delivery of high quality legal services. This is a full-time position in the Louisville, KY office.
