Ms. Mitchell graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Justice Administration and a minor in Sociology. She then went on to obtain a post-baccalaureate A.S. from the University of Louisville in Paralegal Studies. From there, Ms. Mitchell went on to obtain a M.S. from Sullivan University in Human Resource Leadership.

Ms. Mitchell began her legal career with Stites & Harbison where she assisted in various practice groups until 2011.  She then worked as a paralegal in a small personal injury firm until 2019.  From there, Jessica returned to a corporate transactional law firm focused on commercial real estate.  In September 2021, Ms. Mitchell joined Oldham Law, where she will focus on defending long-term care facilities.

Off the Clock

Jessica enjoys spending time at home in Taylorsville, Kentucky, with her husband Brandon, son Mason, and daughter Alayna.  She also enjoys lifting and playing tennis.
