Jessica began her legal career at Stites & Harbison, PLLC in May 2000, working her way up through several roles—from mail clerk to paralegal, and eventually to Professional Development and Recruitment Coordinator. While working at the firm, she earned a B.S. in Justice Administration with a minor in Sociology and a post-baccalaureate A.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Louisville. She later continued her education at Sullivan University, earning an M.S. in Human Resource Leadership.

In 2019, she transitioned to a corporate law firm focused on commercial real estate, lending, and corporate transactions. She returned to litigation in September 2021 when she joined Oldham Law, bringing with her a strong background in both legal and administrative support.
