Whitney Maryland, BSN, RN, MHA, LNHA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than a decade of nursing, clinical operations, and regulatory experience, now applying her expertise as a Legal Nurse Consultant/Nurse Analyst.
She began her career with an associate and subsequently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, later earning a Master of Healthcare Administration, equipping her with a strong foundation in clinical practice, leadership, and healthcare systems management. Her background includes acute care, behavioral health, skilled nursing, leadership, utilization management/review, and quality.
As a Nurse Analyst, she leverages her experience in documentation integrity, care coordination, and healthcare operations to objectively review medical records, identify deviations from standards of care, and support providers and legal teams with evidence-based analysis. Whitney is committed to improving healthcare quality, defending clinical standards, and ensuring fair, thorough case review.
Off the Clock
Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and children, supporting military families, and trying new restaurants.
